Help and Support – English Version

We offer counselling over the phone or in person. We are here to support you if:

• You are experiencing or have experienced sexual abuse.
• You are being subjected to verbal abuse, control, or isolation.
• You are experiencing mental and/or physical abuse.
• You are experiencing sexual harassment at work or in your personal life.
• You suspect or know that someone close to you is affected.

We provide support:

• During times of crisis.
• When contacting authorities, government agencies, lawyers, and doctors.
• As you cope with and recover from experiences of violence.
• When filing charges or during legal proceedings.
• If you have questions about applying to the Sexual Abuse Fund (EHS).

Our Services

• Our counselling and support services are free of charge.
• We are bound to confidentiality.
• We offer accessible, barrier-free counselling.
• We offer anonymous counselling on request.
• We offer counselling regardless of religion, nationality, residence status, age, or sexual orientation.
• We arrange for an interpreter if necessary.
